Independent Colombian lawyers and small firms run their entire practice on email, Microsoft Word, and spreadsheets. The big legal suites are priced for corporate firms and shaped for their workflows.

LexPro is what an actual independent practice would use day-to-day: case management, time tracking, AI-assisted research. At a price that matches.

It was built entirely with Claude AI. The Rails app, the iOS app, the Android app, the Word add-in — all coded against Claude as the build-time partner.

We were undervaluing the product by ten times. The firms named the real price themselves.

  1. I.

    Shipped a working product before pricing.

    Live at lex-pro.co with 16+ registered users on free tier. AGM Abogados (8 lawyers) running an active PoC since May 2026. Other firms using it as 'guests' — loving it.

  2. II.

    Ran discovery on price, not features.

    Asked the right cost-of-waiting question. Firms named COP/mo themselves. The original plan was undervaluing the product by a factor of ten.

  3. III.

    Accepted the SAS-gated revenue wait.

    Demand is validated; money collection is the blocker. We chose to wait for Brainz SAS constitution + bank account rather than improvise interim invoicing. Four to six weeks of no revenue in exchange for a clean tax structure from day one.

  4. IV.

    Positioned AGM as a partnership, not a customer.

    Beyond paying, AGM can back LexPro as a 'B2B online / marketplace / law firm' — institutional credibility behind the platform. The Tuesday SAS meeting with Luis (AGM partner) opens that conversation.
