    Built the virality scorer before the UI.

    TRIBE v2 — LLaMA 3.2-3B paired with fMRI brain encoding — under the hood. The scoring engine had to be defensible before any front door mattered.

    Layered local-first generation.

    Integrated nexu-io/open-design (41.8k stars) so users get reels, carousels, statics, emails and banners from one brief — without shipping their IP to closed APIs.

    Dogfooded against Lumina.

    Before selling to external clients, Amplifica became the content + virality engine for Lumina Fragancias. The principle is non-negotiable: if our own tools can't grow our own brand, they can't grow anyone's.

    Handed sales to Nexus.

    The AI seller agent runs on the Sidekick substrate. It handles outbound, qualifies replies, and books calls. Andres stays out of day-to-day — this is leverage working.
